These Terms govern your use of Sevanam Connect's website at sevanamconnect.in and any pre-launch services we provide. By accessing the site or joining the waiting list, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Who we are

Sevanam Connect is being built as a digital intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. We provide a platform to connect customers with verified independent service professionals. We do not employ the professionals listed on the platform.

2. Pre-launch period

The platform is not yet live. Joining the waiting list does not create any contractual obligation to provide services. We will notify you if and when service is available in your area.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the site
• Impersonate another person or entity

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Sevanam Connect name, logo, marks, copy, code, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark law.

5. Disclaimer of liability

The site is provided "as is" during the pre-launch period. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

6. Future service terms

When the platform launches, additional Terms will apply to specific services (booking, payment, dispute resolution, contact-sharing rules between customers and professionals). Those Terms will be presented for your acceptance before you can transact.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kochi, Kerala.
